Our Story
RV2Tee.golf was an idea developed while on an RV Golf trip in the summer of 2020. The brainchild of founder Mike Simpson, he found that courses from Arlington, Washington to Arlington, Virginia were open to letting them “Stay and Play” (dry camp overnight in the parking lot) as long as they were paying customers and utilized the facility. Most facilities have a large parking lot or open areas quite suitable for parking an RV overnight. Further research found that while Golf and RV Travel was growing, places to stay were actually decreasing, and there was not a company that was exclusively focused on the Golf and RV Traveler. That’s where the journey to develop RV2Tee.golf began. Mike’s 20+ years of experience in the golf industry, brand development, and entrepreneurial success along with Kevin’s extensive experience in relationship building and sales management created the perfect team to develop this new, exciting platform. Designed by golfers, for golfers, RV2Tee.golf has been built from the ground up to be a complete resource for the traveling golf enthusiast. They are dedicated to providing an unparalleled experience, connecting members to unique Host locations throughout the country. The platform will continue to grow, adding more host courses, discounts on tee-times/merchandise, and improved functionality over the coming years. Mike Simpson, CEO and Founder of RV2Tee.golf, is a successful entrepreneur, a philanthropist, and a passionate community supporter. Mike owns multiple businesses in Arlington, WA, as well as holds various non-profit board positions throughout his community. As a 20+ year veteran of the golf industry, his past tenure as General Manager of a local golf course and his various other business ventures, Mike was ideally suited to develop and create the RV2Tee.golf concept. Being a full-time RVer, he’s uniquely in tune with both the RV community and the golfers he is providing this new, exciting service for. His passion and dedication for providing exceptional customer service is second to none and he’s committed to growing and improving the RV2Tee.golf platform in the years to come.

Kevin Phillips has been an avid golfer since childhood, introduced to the game by his father. Throughout his career, Kevin recognized the importance of developing lasting relationships and providing a first-class experience. Serving as both an Edward Jones financial advisor and an account manager with Colonial Life, communicating effectively with his clients has always been of the utmost importance. "My most important responsibility is to take care of our Host Partners. We've designed the RV2Tee.golf platform to connect traveling golfers to these facilities and we're certain we will deliver the right kind of customer to our network of Host Partners." Kevin currently resides in the Tri-Cities in Eastern Washington State.
